Purpose

To establish clear, professional guidelines for client and partner meetings that reinforce NEC2’s credibility, efficiency, and documentation-first approach.

Meeting Hours

• Morning Availability: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Afternoon Availability: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM

These hours align with business decision-makers’ schedules while ensuring disciplined time management.

Meeting Locations

• Primary Venue: Noble Library meeting rooms (Cleveland Heights).
• Onsite Meetings: Available at client facilities during designated hours, upon request.

Meeting Structure

• Agenda: Documented and shared in advance.
• Documentation: Outcomes logged in NEC2’s continuity toolkit as credibility artifacts.
• Duration: Standard meetings scheduled for 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.

Professional Standards

Meetings are work-focused and structured. NEC2 does not host or participate in social luncheons or entertainment-style gatherings. Refreshments, if provided, will be minimal and practical, reinforcing NEC2’s efficiency-first ethos.
